- 1 medium red beet, peeled and chopped (approximately 1 cup)
- 1 large Bosc pear, peeled, seeds removed and chopped
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 3 cups cold water

- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
