C3P-Orange Sherbet Float
Celebrate Star Wars Day with a C3P-Orange Sherbet Float
Today is Star Wars day, May the 4th… as in May the 4th be with you. A day when all Star Wars fans celebrate the story created by George Lucas. A global hit for many decades.
Today is bittersweet because we recently lost the actor Peter Mayhew. He played Chewbacca, Han Solo’s furry wookie side kick in the original Star Wars trilogy. Last year, we paid homage to him with some quick and easy Chewie Lunch Box Cookies.

This week, it’s all about the ettiquette and protocol droid built by young Jedi, Anakin Skywalker — C3PO. If you watched the The very first Star Wars Movie from the prequels, The Phantom Menace, we get a sneak peek at Anakin’s workshop as he begins to build Threepeo.
I’ve gone ahead and recreated my version of Anakin’s workshop and also made him a C3P-Orange Sherbet Float for when he needs a break. Creamy vanilla bean ice cream and orange sherbet in a mixture of pineapple juice and ginger ale. It’s creamy, it’s sweet and it’s good enough for a Jedi.
Celebrate today with your own serving of C3P-Orange Sherbet float. Perfect for a hot day and a fun refreshment to serve at a Star Wars themed party.
