The warm months are near. Time to start thinking about cool, sweet and tasty desserts. I love coffee ice cream but it’s not always available at the supermarket. Here’s a shortcut: coffee syrup. It’s easy to prepare. All you need are water, instant coffee granules and sugar. I like to use Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar. Simply add it to any vanilla ice cream with some milk, cinnamon, whip it up and you’ve got yourself a decadent Mexican coffee milkshake. Top it with some whipped cream, melted chocolate, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on top.
