Fruity Guacamole

Fruity Guacamole
- Yield: Makes 3 cups 1x

- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 small avocados, peeled, pitted and flesh removed
- 1 Serrano chile, finely diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup Honeycrisp apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Bartlett pear, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine onion, cilantro, avocado flesh, Serrano, lime juice and salt. Mash with fork combining all ingredients. Fold in cranberries, apple and pear pieces until thoroughly mixed.
- Serve with tortilla chips or spread on tostadas.
