Description
A fun combination of sweet and savory, featuring a sweet custard top note and a surprising umami finish. The best I can describe it is a delicious flan flavor.
Ingredients
1/3 cup 2% fat free milk
1 shot of espresso
Torani Puremade Salted Egg Yolk Syrup to taste
1 tablespoon of buñuelo or cookie crumbles
Instructions
Froth milk in a frother. If you don’t have a milk frother, place milk in a tightly sealed jar and shake vigorously for a minute until froth forms. Set aside. Brew espresso and pour in a large cup, sweeten with Torani Purmeade Salted Egg Yolk Syrup and add milk with froth. Top with buñuelo crumbles and serve.
