Spicy Mezcal Mule
This spicy mezcal mule post is sponsored by Sprouts Farmers Market. Thank you for supporting the brands I love that make this website possible.
I am back from a quick winter break and I am so ready to start 2018. I have many project ideas swirling around my head for the new year, that I need to have a day to just sit and organize my thoughts. Exciting times ahead.
One of those games I need to up this year is my cocktail game. Being January 1, I decided to be totally ambitious and spend my day mixing spirits and clinking mule mugs to welcome the new year. It was research and celebration all in one, while I worked towards meeting a goal. A win-win in every turn, don’t you think?
The ingredients are simple. Mezcal (or tequila silver if mezcal is not available), lime juice, mint sprigs, jalapeño slices, ice and the star of the show, Sprouts Brewed Ginger Beer.
Sprouts Brewed Ginger Beer is a must to give it that spicy kick that makes this cocktail so special. You wouldn’t get the same results with regular ginger ale, so head over to your nearest Sprouts and stock up on this new refreshing jewel.
Wishing you a fun and exciting 2018! Cheers to you!
