Oat Pear Muffins
Our autumn mornings consist of an egg dish such as huevos rancheros and refried beans with salsa. To finish off our cup of coffee, we reach for these delicious oat pear muffins. They certainly hit the spot.
Everyone loves these muffins. They are filled with bits of pear and covered by chunky bits of streusel made with Imperial Sugar Dark Brown Sugar, butter and flour of course.
Great for enjoy all autumn long or to gift to friends and family. If pear you are not a fan of pears, they can be omitted or substituted with apples, quince or peaches. I love this recipe because it’s so versatile. Make it as loaf or in a mini-muffin pan. Delicious!
