Watermelon Kiwi Paletas

It’s been quite the warm summer. All I find myself making lately are ice cold drinks and fruity paletas to get us through what seems a never-ending heat wave.
My go-to recipe? This 3-ingredient paleta recipe that’s been so easy and quick to prep. I found the combination of watermelon and kiwi ideal to make the rising temperatures bearable providing a moment of refreshment. Even if they tend to get devoured fast. They are perfectly sweet, the fruit flavor comes right through and are so delicious.
Take a quick break and prepare these tasty paletas. If you don’t have a popsicle mold, no worries. I used small 3-ounce disposable cups to get the job done.
