Ingredients
1 tablespoon Real California Butter
2 cups ready made pancake batter
1 cup Real California Vanilla Yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup plus more for serving
½ teaspoon lime zest
1 cup Real California Crema Agria (or sour cream)
2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
6 (1-inch) pineapple chunks
2 kiwi fruit, sliced in ½-inch slices
6 strawberries, hulled
6 blackberries
12 blueberries
Real California Milk to serve
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1 ½ tablespoon of pancake batter to make 2-inch mini pancakes in batches of 3 to 4 pancakes. Set aside and keep warm.
Combine yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon maple syrup and zest in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
Combine crema, confectioner’s sugar and cocoa powder in a separate medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
Make skewers by alternating fruit and pancakes in bamboo skewers. Arrange in a serving tray. Serve with sweet yogurt sauce, chocolate crema, maple syrup and Real California Milk.
