3 large avocados
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup Real California Milk Crema Natural
½ cup Real California heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If using an ice cream maker, follow manufacturer’s instructions to churn and freeze. If an ice cream is not available, pour mixture in a metal 5×9 mold, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 8 hours to overnight.
