Grapefruit Mangonada Fizz

Grapefruit Mangonada Fizz

A cool summer drink with grapefruit soda, a squeeze of grapefruit juice and lime juice and a few pumps of Torani Puremade Mangonada SyrupGarnish with a slice of grapefruit and a mint sprig. 

 

Ingredients

Scale

Lime wedge for glass rim

Chile Lime Salt for glass rim

1 ½ cups grapefruit soda

1 lime juiced

¼ cup grapefruit juice

23 tablespoons (or to taste) Torani Puremade Mangonada Syrup

Grapefruit slice for garnish

Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Place chile lime salt in a shallow bowl or plate.  Run the lime wedge over glass rim and dip glass rim into chile lime salt to cover evenly.  Add ice.

Pour in soda, lime and grapefruit juice. Add Torani Puremade Mangonada Syrup by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon into the glass.  This will give it the “sunrise” effect. 

 

Garnish with a grapefruit slice and mint sprig.  Enjoy!
