Combine coffee granules and sugar in a large heat-proof bowl.  Add boiling water and stir.  Set aside and let cool completely.  Transfer mixture to a large metal baking dish.  Freeze for 2 hours, using fork, scrape any icy sections with a fork and place back in the freezer.  Repeat every 2 hours (depending on your freezer) or until small but thick pice pieces form.  Scoop into serving glasses and enjoy.
