Silk® Vegan Date Shake

Ingredients

Scale

6 dates, pitted, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained

1 ripe banana

2 cups ice

1 1/2 cups Silk® Cashew Milk Unsweetened or Silk® Almondmilk Unsweetened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus more for garnish

pinch sea salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)

sliced raw almonds for garnish

chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender container.  Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.  Serve.  Garnish with almonds, pecans and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
