A non-alcoholic antioxidant,  peachy refresher rich in vitamin C: Fizzy Peach Bellini Mocktail

I’ve been visiting my local Sprouts Farmers Market very frequently lately.  After my visit to the their support office this past June, I don’t feel overwhelmed like I used to.  Every week I visit.  Sometimes more than once a week, I make it a point to come home with a new product.  This product must be an item I have never purchased at Sprouts.  It has to be a product that takes me completely out of my comfort zone.

On my last Sprouts trip, I came home with packets of their Sprouts Fizzy Vitamin C Drink Mix.  I have tried other vitamin c drink supplements and I wasn’t a big fan.  The taste was way too strong and I had a hard time sticking to a daily vitamin routine.   Not the Sprouts brand.  Their flavor was light and pleasant.  This opened endless possibilities of different beverage variations with so many fresh ingredients.

Because the peaches at Sprouts were beautiful and in their prime, I decided to create a peach flavored drink and incorporate vitamin c and fizz.  Sprouts Fizzy Vitamin C drink mixes come in a variety of flavors.  Tart orange,  cherry limeade and elderberry.  All the flavors were delicious but I went with tart orange for this fizzy peach bellini mocktail.

I combined a few ingredients in the blender and I had a refreshing fizzy mocktail bellini in under 5 minutes.  Perfect for a mid-day pick me up or that time of the day when you are craving something sweet.  Each Sprouts Fizzy Vitamin C packet contains 1,000 mg of vitamin D and includes antioxidants, electrolytes, essential nutrients and B vitamins.

Here in Southern California, we have a few weeks left of warm wether.  Plenty of time to take advantage of all the other Sprouts Fizzy Vitamin C drink mix flavors.   Have you ever had vitamin c drink mixes?  If so, do you take them in a juice mixture?   I would love to know.

If you are new to Vitamin C drink mixes.  This is a great way to start.
