S’mores Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups low fat (or plant based milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons International Delight® HERSHEY’S® Chocolate Caramel
  • 1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 4 toasted marshmallows
  • chocolate pieces (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, vanilla, agave nectar, cacao powder and creamer in a large container with lid. Whisk to combine all ingredients, seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Divide pudding between 4 serving glasses, top each with 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbles a toasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate. Serve and enjoy.
