Like most people, one of my new year’s resolutions was to try to eat healthier. I’ve started my exercise routine and now it’s time to plan some meals. Many people think that when you eat healthier you sacrifice the taste of many of your favorite foods. So I decided to do some research on how I could prepare a healthier version of some of my favorite dishes like doughnuts and pancakes. Yum!

I discovered that soybean oil is a great way to prepare your favorite foods and it’s healthier than other options. It has no trans fat, plenty of omega-3’s, and vitamin E. I also discovered that many of the vegetable oils out on the market floor contain soybean oil already.
Eggplant Fries with Lemon Yogurt and Wholesome Soy Berry Pancakes
This means that you may already be using this fantastic ingredient and you don’t have to spend more money to be healthier. I have included my top five favorite recipes that I have found where I use soybean oil to prepare them.
