Hibiscus Cosmopolitan
This post has been sponsored by Prairie Organic Spirits and is intended for those ages 21+ only. All opinions are 100% my own.
I’ve been cooking up a storm with hibiscus flowers – they not only make a great agua fresca but you can also eat the blooms in tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas. I decided to take it a step further and create a pretty cocktail to enjoy for a girls night in.
This was the perfect opportunity to use Prairie Organic Vodka. I love this vodka because it is the first USDA Certified Organic spirits brand and #1 in the organic category. They know exactly where each ear of organic corn that goes into the bottle comes from. Can you say that about other brands? I don’t think so.
I’m a huge advocate of produce farming and I have the upmost respect for the hard work that goes into the food and beverages that we serve on our dinner table every single day. Prairie Organic Spirits is dedicated to furthering the future of organic farming. They launched the Spirit of Change Fund this year, a new initiative to advance their mission by helping more farmers go organic by donating 1% of their sales. This means fewer pesticides, and quality soil and water.
The rich and smooth award-winning taste of Prairie Organic Spirits is carefully crafted. Master distillers taste each batch until perfect. It’s the perfect spirit to mix in with your favorite fruity syrup or fresh fruit juice or soda. It also tastes amazing on its own.
Make this delicious hibiscus cosmopolitan for your next celebration or night in. It’s very easy to prepare, a great way to use up hibiscus tea and makes an elegant signature drink for parties.
