Guacamole Dip Witch

Make your Halloween Extra Spooky with your very own Hatch Guacamole Witch Dip

Can you tell I’m excited October is here? In my house, it’s the party month.  The month we celebrate my son’s birthday with a Halloween theme.  Everyone looks forward to it because costumes are encouraged, my house transforms into Halloween Land, the color palette is most beautiful and of course, the weather begins to cool.  Two words… sweater weather!

The anticipated Halloween birthday party usually consists big spreads of food.  Mainly appetizers and sweets.  Lots of sweets of course.  The food must be easy to handle, minimal plasticware, FUN and DELICIOUS.

One appetizer you can never go wrong with is a spicy guacamole for the adults.  Everyone loves guacamole any season of the year, no matter if it’s too hot or too cold.  People just love to dip and have a good time.

This year, Brujilda the Hatch Guacamole Dip Witch will make her debut at our Halloween birthday party.  She’s a spicy red head with gnarly roasted garlic clove teeth and ruby red lips.  She has beautiful olive, wide hard boiled egg eyes and a cornichon nose that make her look extra witchy.

The best part about putting Brujilda the Hatch Guacamole Dip Witch together is the ease of it all. All I had to do was assemble.  No cooking necessary because I found all of the ingredients at Sprouts Farmers Market. Most of her face parts are directly from the Sprouts olive bar.  I was mostly excited about finding those roasted garlic teeth because…don’t they make her look awesome?

Of course, if you would like to create a mild version of Brujilda the Hatch Guacamole Dip Witch you can always substitute the Hatch Guacamole with regular ready-made guacamole.  You can also mash a few avocados and create your own.

Sprouts has your party dip handled.  Visit their olive bar and deli section and stock up on witchy face parts.  Your imagination will go wild once you see the large selection.  Stay tuned because this is just the beginning of my bewitching posts.  I have plenty of ideas this year to make your parties extra special and extra spooky this Halloween Season.
