Description

Yogurt Mango Blackberry Paletas are  simple to make, fun to share, and the perfect way to cool off as the weather warms up. These popsicles bring together the sweetness of mango and the tartness of blackberry in a creamy, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain Real California Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Real California Crema Mexicana
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

    Blackberry Layer:

  • 1 1/3 cup fresh blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

Combine mango puree, lemon juice, yogurt, crema, sugar and allspice in a blender. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Add mixture to popsicle molds leaving 1/3-inch from the top in each mold to add blackberry layer.

Clean blender container and add blackberries, sugar and water. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. Pour blackberry puree over mango mixture in each mold. Insert skewer in molds to make swirls.

Cover and insert popsicle sticks.  Freeze overnight or until firm.
