We continue to have heat waves but that doesn’t bother me. As long as we have fresh fruit around, I get to make my favorite aguas frescas. If you’ve never experienced the combination of tart-sweet blackberries and fresh sage, then you’re in for a wonderful surprise.

You can make this drink with fresh or frozen blackberries. So you can always make this in this blackberry offseason. Just stock up your freezer with these sweet little gems and you’re set. The process is easy and all you need to do is sweeten this mixture with Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar and add a sprinkle of lime juice to finish off. Blend, strain and serve. Easy peasy.
