I am so excited with the over abundance of mangoes right now. As soon as they hit that point when they are about to be overripe, it’s time to make mango mousse. This silky smooth dessert is my go-to on those days I am craving something tropical and sweet. The process is very easy and only calls for very few ingredients. If you can make gelatin, you can make mousse.

I used Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar to prepare this dessert with just the right amount of sweet. If you happen to see this recipe when mangoes are not in season, no worries! You can use any other fruit like cantaloupe, pineapple or papaya.
