Description

As a quick savory snack or a fun appetizer, these air fryer cotija crisps are perfect for a cheese-loving crowd.


Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) Real California Cheese Cotija wheel, crumbled


Instructions

Remove the detachable base of the air fryer basket. Line with parchment paper and snap back in the basket. Cut off any excess parchment paper that may stick out of the base. Attach basket to air fryer drawer.

Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons cotija cheese in the center of the lined basket base. Press down gently with a spoon to form an even 1/4-inch tick  circular layer of cheese, about 2 1/2-inches in diameter.  

Air fry for 13 minutes at 270° F. Remove drawer from air fryer and let cheese cool for a couple of minutes. Remove with a spatula and place on a serving tray. Repeat until all cheese has been used.

Serve with guacamole or your favorite dip.
