I don’t know what you’re doing today but it’s Saturday AND National Margarita Day. It’s a double party stroke of luck and this day must be observed with your tequila of choice, orange liqueur and your favorite fruit puree or margarita mix.

It’s been a while since I’ve made a frozen margarita, so I decided to dedicate National Margarita Day 2020 to this blackberry boozy slushy. You can use a frozen berry mix or you can freeze your own blackberries for a few hours. If for some reason, frozen berries are not available, throw in some fresh black berries and extra ice. No problem!

So break out the blender, pair this tasty – frosty cocktail with an order of tacos and sit back and relax. It’s the best way I know how to spend a Saturday.
