Banana desserts are my all-time favorite. I love how sweet and creaminess banana tastes when combined with ice cream, milk or cream. Desserts such as banana ice cream, banana cream pie, bananas foster, and banoffee are my weakness and I’m about to add one more to the list.
La Lechera has a new Lactose Free Sweetened Condensed milk and I was excited to incorporate it in this product. It’s a great way to reduce lactose in already lactose-heavy desserts. It’s also perfect as a replacement all together. Thank you La Lechera!
These banana cream parfaits whip together in less than 30 minutes. That includes refrigeration time! They make a great ending to a large feast and can feed a crowd easily. Since it’s layered, you can always decrease the layers and feed more.

But I must warn you. This dessert is light, fluffy and so delicious, your guests will want to come back for seconds and thirds. I’m definitely skipping the pie and adding this dessert to my holiday menu.

- Yield: serve 6-8 1x
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1/4 ounce) can Nestle La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk Lactose-Free
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 bananas, divided
2 cups crushed vanilla cookies
8 whole vanilla cookies
Instructions
Mash 3 bananas with a fork. Slice remaining banana and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and mix until fluffy. Fold in mashed bananas.
Place heavy whipping cream in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla extract.
Fold in whipped cream mixture to banana mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
To assemble:
Layer crushed cookies and banana cream mixture in parfait cups or tall glasses. Repeat until all banana cream and cookies are used. Decorate with sliced bananas, crushed cookies and a 1-2 cookies.
