Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated coffee
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine water and corn starch in a small bowl. Stir until cornstarch dissolves. Set aside.
  2. Heat milk over low-medium heat for 1 minute. Add corn starch, coffee, sugar and whisk constantly and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes or until thickened. Serve immediately.
