Welcome the Fall Season with Chamomile Honey Tea Poached Pears

Fall is finally here. We get to enjoy the produce of the season and lots of aromatic herbs and spices. I’ve been enjoying Tadin Teas over ice all summer long and I am so excited to start cozying up to the autumn varieties they offer.

Our summer isn’t quite gone yet. We still have some days with 90 degree weather predicted this week. So to transition into the fall vibe I decided to develop a recipe of poached pears, served with a side of ice cream of course. A little bit of fall with a side of summer.

Poached pears are very easy to prepare and can be poached with any tea variety depending on your mood. I decided to try Tadin’s Chamomile Honey Tea this time. Seemed like the perfect and different way to enjoy chamomile tea. One of my favorites.

For a sweet ending to a hearty meal, make this delightful treat. It’s a great way to say good bye to summer and welcome autumn with open arms.
