Kumquat and Bourbon Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 110 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1 cup kumquat marmalade
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 1/3 (packed) cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove skin from ham and trim fat to approximately 1/4-inch. Make shallow cuts in fat resembling a cross or diamond pattern. Place on a 13×9 aluminum foil lined jelly roll baking sheet.
  2. Combine marmalade, bourbon and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over low-medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Brush over ham.
  3. Bake on lowest oven rack for 90 minutes; basting every 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 20 minutes before serving.
