- 1–10 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup kumquat marmalade
- ½ cup bourbon
- 1/3 (packed) cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove skin from ham and trim fat to approximately 1/4-inch. Make shallow cuts in fat resembling a cross or diamond pattern. Place on a 13×9 aluminum foil lined jelly roll baking sheet.
- Combine marmalade, bourbon and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over low-medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Brush over ham.
- Bake on lowest oven rack for 90 minutes; basting every 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 20 minutes before serving.
