Now that summer has begun, we are working to improve our lifestyle in every way.  It’s all about baby steps: one thing at a time.  We have three goals as a family to accomplish these next few months:  read more, exercise more and slowly decrease and eventually cut out sugar from our diets.

It’s been great so far.  We’ve been taking weekly library trips and signed up for a summer reading challenge.  We’ve been taking daily walks, runs and I’ve had perfect attendance in my spinning class.  I committed to more than a few classes and I’m sticking to them.  I’m feeling energized and motivated.  We have also been cutting down on sugar by replacing sugary snacks and drinks with better-for-you choices.  My seven-year-old son is always up for a challenge and has taken the AquaBall Pledge to help him stay motivated and to cut the sugar.  He loves to pack an AquaBall and fruit in his summer camp bag for his mid-day snack.  No more cookies and sugary juices.

Because AquaBall comes in a variety of flavors: Strawberry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Berry Frost and grape, there is no snack lull.  Snack time is always stays interesting and fun.

So how does the AquaBall Pledge work?  Simply visit the AquaBall Pledge page and sign up.  You can either sign up your child online or print out and have your child complete the pledge certificate.  As soon as they sign up, take a photo of the certificate with your mobile device and email it to Pledge@AquaBallDrink.com.

Once AquaBall headquarters receives your child’s pledge, they will start sending monthly  goodies, information and opportunities to win prizes.

As a bonus, make a video of your child taking the AquaBall Pledge and send the You Tube link via the online sign up form. They will highlight your video on their YouTube channel!

Each week, the video with the most “Likes” on their YouTube channel will receive a prize. (Limit one win per video submitted)

Beginning September 1, 2016 and the first of each month after that until December 2016 – they will draw 5 names to WIN an AquaBall Party out of the videos submitted.

How fun is that?  Every child loves goodies and parties and all of that just to make one healthy choice during any meal time.
