  • 4 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup Sabra Veggie Fusions Garden Vegetable Guacamole
  • 7.76 ounce can pickled jalapeño peppers with sliced carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
  • freshly cracked black pepper


Instructions

  1. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of guacamole on each piece of toast.
  2. Top with sliced pickled jalapeño and sliced carrots.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of crumbled queso fresco.
  4. Serve immediately.
