- 4 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup Sabra Veggie Fusions Garden Vegetable Guacamole
- 7.76 ounce can pickled jalapeño peppers with sliced carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
- freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of guacamole on each piece of toast.
- Top with sliced pickled jalapeño and sliced carrots.
- Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of crumbled queso fresco.
- Serve immediately.
