Ingredients

- 8 fresh thyme sprigs, divided
- 1 large pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4-6 cups water
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup lime juice
Instructions
- Combine leaves of 4 thyme sprigs and pineapple in blender container. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, add pineapple mixture, water, sugar and lime juice. Stir and serve over ice. Garish with remaining thyme sprigs.
Notes
If you prefer less pulp, run pineapple mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp.
