Ingredients

- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 small avocados (or 1 large avocado), peeled, pitted and flesh removed
- 2 radishes, julienned
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- 18 grapes from California (red, green or a mixture of the two), sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine onion, cilantro, avocado flesh, radishes, jalapeño, lime juice. Mash with fork combining all ingredients together. Fold in grape slices until thoroughly mixed.
