Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cantaloupe
- 8 cups water, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- ice
- mint for garnish
Instructions
- Slice cantaloupe in half, scoop out and discard the seeds. Slice pulp in large pieces and place in blender.
- Add 2 cups water in blender container and blend until smooth.
- Add 6 cups water in pitcher and blended cantaloupe pulp and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
