This post is part of the HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® 2014 program by Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. and The Motherhood, who sent me a box of products and compensated me for my time. Opinions, experiences and photos shared here are all my own, and I hope you enjoy them.

My favorite days are the ones I get to take a morning walk on the beach before I get to work.  I love to take in the views and fresh air before I have to sit on my computer for the rest of the day.  I appreciate our planet and all the beautiful things it has to offer.  Earth day is approaching, but there are so many things you can do to help our environment year-round.

Earth 911 is a great way to search for recycling solutions in your area.  Just type in what you want to recycle, the city you live in and it will bring up a list of places where you can recycle that item.  Johnson & Johnson has also started an initiative to help different causes by you simply donating a photo.  You share a photo through their Donate A Photo App and Johnson & Johnson will donate a dollar to one of their charitable partners you choose.   Many causes like Keep America Beautiful will help keep our planet clean and beautiful.

You can also join The Motherhood, HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® and me for a Twitter Party to celebrate Earth Day on Thursday, April 17 at 1PM, EST.  I will be making tamarind juice while we chat about sharable moments with family and friends, sharing resources to make every day Earth Day and HEALTHY ESSENTIALS®  coupons tips and tools.
