Mango Limeade with Chia

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 large mangos, peeled and pit removed
  • 10 limes, juiced
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • sugar or honey to taste
  • ice
  • extra lime slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place mango pulp and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer to pitcher.
  2. Add water and sweeten to taste. Add chia seeds, stir and let lemonade sit for 10 minutes to let chia seeds expand.
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.
