- 1 large guava, sliced in rounds
- 1 bunch watercress, rinsed and dried
- 1 large green anjou pear, cut in thin slices
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 20 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoons lime juice
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- In two individual salad plates arrange guava rounds in circular formation. Follow with a layer of watercress, pear slices, kiwi slices and raspberries. Sprinkle with almonds, cheese, lime juice, a sprinkle of honey and sea salt.
