I have a secret and I am about to tell you.  I’ve been replacing some of my salt and bouillon with soy sauce.  But not just any soy sauce, Kikkoman Soy Sauce.  Why? You ask?  Well, Kikkoman is naturally brewed, it’s versatile and it’s delicious.  Plus, did you know that by using 1/2 teaspoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce in place of 1/2 teaspoon table salt, the sodium content of the recipe is cut by 1000 mg.  With just a splash of soy sauce, I can boost the flavor of my picadillo, guisados and soups. No fuss, no hassle.  Cooking is easy when my handy dandy bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce is around.
