- 20 Bougainvillea petals, rinsed
- 3/4 cup Melissa’s Champagne Grapes
- 3 cups baby arugula
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/3 cup bleu cheese
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced in rounds
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Place the first seven ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Serve by dividing in four separate salad bowls and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey.
