Three-day weekend ahead! Do you have plans? If you like to eat, drink and have a good time like me then you can’t miss The LA Times | Food & Wine The Taste.   The Taste is a 4 day, 3 location, 9 event showcase of all things epicurean.  The event will feature an array of celebrity chef demos, live musical entertainment, panel discussions, 40 of L.A’s best restaurants plus UNLIMITED tastings from some of the top wineries, breweries and distilleries.

Burgers & Beers: Yes, burgers and beers! Hosted by the Beer Chicks.  Vote for your favorite LA Burger, attend beer seminars and includes unlimited tastings.

Art of Mixing: Music by Mariachi El Bronx, KCRW’s Jason Bentley and cocktails.
9 PM – 12 AM

Beverly Hills
Secrets from the Kitchen & Cellar:  Learn the secrets behind Scarpetta owner, Scott Conant’s signature Italian cooking style. Plus celebrity chef interviews and engaging panel discussions and cooking demos.

Taco Tequila Tryst: LA’s best taco artists and tequila.  You don’t want to miss this!

Beverly Hills
Fashion Bites Brunch: LA’s hottest brunch spots and shopping for clothes and accessories.  Nothing gets more LA than this!

Desserts After Dark:  Awww yeah!  My kind of event! For all dessert heads and  sweet tooths (or teeth?) out there, sample dessert wines and Pastry chef’s showcase creations.  Also, find out what a fonut is.

Street Eats: Experience the diverse food culture of Los Angeles.  Yes, of course, it includes gourmet food trucks!

Food Noir: Food and film.  Want more?  The Orpheum Theater will feature Warner Bros. cartoons, vintage newsreels and trailers for legendary movies from Hitchcock, DeMille and more.
