Description

Whip up this creamy mango ice cream in just a few minutes.  You don’t need to churn.  Just mix, chill and serve.


Ingredients

6 ataulfo mangos, seed removed, divided

1 (14 ounce) can La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1 egg


Instructions

Place 5 mangos, sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and egg in a blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture in a loaf pan or 8×8 -inch baking dish.  Chop remaining mango and add pieces to mixture.  Cover top with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or until firm.  Serve and garnish with mint sprig.
